Questions buyers ask first

You have no case studies. Why should we trust you?
That is true, and we would rather say so than invent them. You can judge three things instead: a working demo built on your own content before you pay, the founder’s twenty-year record, and a price and date fixed in writing with overruns at our cost.
Can we not build this ourselves with ChatGPT?
You can build a prototype. The prototype is roughly the first fifth of the work. Connecting it to your systems, handling the awkward cases, deciding when it hands over to a person and tuning it on real usage are the rest, and they are what the scope document covers.
We tried a chatbot and it failed. How is this different?
Most failures are a generic widget with no connection to your systems and no way to hand over. We build against one workflow, inside the tools your team already uses, with the handover cases written into the scope.
What if the fixed date slips?
We flag a slip the moment we see it coming, not the week it is due. If the delay comes from our estimate being wrong, we absorb the extra time at no charge. The price you agreed is the price.
What happens if the scope changes halfway through?
We re-quote the difference rather than absorbing it silently or refusing to touch it. Most scope changes are small enough to fold into the existing timeline; the ones that are not get a short, written add-on quote before we proceed.
Do you use our data to train a model?
No. Agents run on hosted foundation models via API under standard data-processing terms; nothing we build touches or retrains a base model on your data. Data handling specifics are put in writing during the scope call.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Each build is scoped, quoted and delivered as its own project. Ongoing tuning after the thirty days is billed separately, only if you want it.
What do you turn down?
Workflows that cannot be specified: "make our customers happier" is a goal, not a scope. We also do not build fully autonomous agents that make irreversible financial or medical decisions without a human checkpoint, and we will say so on the scope call.
